  1. Combine the tomato soup and cream of mushroom soup in a saucepan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  2. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before baking is finished, pour the sauce over the chicken and top with cheese.
  3. If you have fresh tomato, add a thin slice to each piece.
  4. Bake for remaining time. (Add more time if needed. Chicken juices should run clear.)
  5. Serve with sauce (if any is left over). Enjoy!
