  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Boil pasta according to package directions. Avoid overcooking. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix parsley, garlic, eggs, Ricotta cheese, grated cheese, and half the Mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
  4. In oblong casserole baking dish spread a thin layer of sauce, then a layer of pasta, layer of ALL the cheese mixture, layer of pasta, layer of sauce; top with the remaining shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake until heated through and the cheese melts.
