"This is so quick and easy anyone can do it. In addition, all my guests have raved and asked for the recipe. It's been one of my favorite and fun dishes for years. Serving this over a bed of snow peas or sugar snap peas tossed with diced red bell pepper is my colorful favorite. Another good choice is over steamed white rice and topped with crispy Chinese noodles."

  1. Place the chicken in a slow cooker. Add the hot-and-sour soup mix.
  2. Then, pour the broth over the top. Cover and cook on LOW 5 hours.
  3. The broth can be thicken with a small amount of flour if desired.
