"A simple, macaroni salad I make for Sabbath Potlucks at church. I have received many requests for the recipe, which I am always happy to share. The ingredients are few, the time involved is very short, and the flavor is awesome!"

  1. Cook pasta as directed on the box, drain, and rinse pasta. Pour the jar of salad olives over the pasta in the colander (this allows the juice to marinate the pasta briefly, but most of the liquid drains out). Add the sliced black olives.
  2. Pour the pasta/olive mixture into a large mixing bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise and chopped celery. Mix well, to combine. Taste mixture, add salt if needed, and mix well.
  3. Pour the pasta salad into your serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap or lid and chill until serving time.
