  1. 1. Chop up and boil your potatoes for 10 minutes or until soft-ish
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together all of your spices.
  3. 3. Drain the potatoes, place in a bowl, and let cool for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in mayo, add more/less if desired, and then stir in the diced onion and spices. Add more mayo if the salad seems to dry.
  5. 5. Cover and chill 15 minutes or until ready to serve!
