  1. Mix pancakes according to package directions, to yield at least 16 cakes. Add the ginger, cinnamon and clove spices to pancake mix. Cook according to package directions.
  2. Spread half of the pancakes with cream cheese and top with the other pancake, forming a "cream cheese sandwich".
  3. To make lemon sauce, mix all ingredients into sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir constantly (otherwise egg will scramble).
  4. Pour lemon sauce over prepared pancake stacks and serve immediately.
