Preheat oven to 350' and fill muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Sprinkle flour and stir for 2 minutes. Slowly add milk. Cook sauce for 4-5 minutes, whisking constantly, until thick enough to coat a spoon. Add grated cheese and stir until sauce is smooth. Remove from heat.
Add macaroni and bread crumbs to sauce mixture. Stir to coat noodles. Then divide noodle mixture into 12 muffin cups. Bake in oven for 8 minutes.
