  1. PREPARE & COOK MEATBALLS: Mix onion, bread crumbs, turkey, egg, seasoning, salt and pepper. Heat oil in 12" skillet until shimmering. Using small scoop (about 1 T), form turkey mixture into meatballs. Place meatballs into skillet and cook 6-8 minutes, or until browned, turning once during cooking time.
  2. COOK SAUCE: Add flour and butter to skillet, whisking to form a smooth paste. Slowly add broth and cream, stirring constantly. Cook 1-2 minutes or until sauce comes to a simmer. Return meatballs to skillet. Cook, covered, 4-5 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center.
