Brown ground beef in large skillet. Add pepper, onion soup mix & Worcestershire sauce.
When beef is cooked, add beef gravy to skillet and cook until desired thickness.
Add egg noodles and stir until all ingredients are mixed. Put lid on skillet and cook for 20 minutes or until noodles are cooked. (Add 1 cup of water if extra liquid is needed to cover the noodles.) Stir every 5 minutes to prevent sticking.
Stir in the sour cream and cook until warmed through.
