  1. Combine and mix ingredients (for patties) by hand in a large bowl.
  2. Form little patties (about 3" in diameter) and dust ligthly in flour. This will allow patties to brown nicely in oil.
  3. Heat olive oil in large pan over medium high heat. Add mini patties to oil and brown each side for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add white wine and cover pan. Braise patties for about 5 minutes to cook through.
  5. Remove patties onto paper-towel lined plate to absorb excess oil.
  6. Place patties inside bun and top with your choice of toppings and condiments.
