"I named it this "It Aint Salsa" after it got put beside some tortilla chips at a picnic and I overheard one of the ladies say it was the most strange salsa she had ever had. Low in calories and fat, it is a wonderful side to any sandwich."

  1. Drain green beans in a sieve and rinse with cold water to remove more of salt. Drain well. While beans are draining, whisk oil, vinegar, Splenda and salt and pepper. Add drained beans and tomatoes and toss. Serve right away (best)or chill until needed.
