"Potatoes with the insides scooped out and filled with cheese, and broiled under the broiler. If you bake your potatoes earlier in the day, they'll be cool to handle when its time to scoop them out. Save the insides for a meal later."

  1. Wash potatoes.
  2. Prick with fork all over.
  3. Coat with oil and salt all over. Place in Breville in a stoneware for 60 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool.
  4. Slice down the middle and scoop out the sides; reserve insides for another meal.
  5. Brush melted butter on the flesh then top with cheese.
  6. Broil until cheese is melted.
