  1. Put the Cap'n Cruch in a plastic bag and roll with rolling pin until it has a flour like texture. You should end up with about 2 cups crushed cereal. Place in bowl.
  2. Whip eggs in large bowl until smooth.
  3. Cut chicken into nuggets size pieces and add to the beaten eggs.
  4. Using a slotted spoon move a single piece of the soaked chicken into the cereal bowl. Smash the chicken down to help coat it. Pick up the piece along with some cereal an squeeze in your hand. Release extra cereal from your hand and place nugget into deep fryer basket. Fry for 3 minutes at 365 degrees. It will take 3-4 batches with a countertop fryer.
