  1. 1. In a medium mixing bowl combined honey, orange zest garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and pepper.
  2. 2. Once mixed add the cubed chicken and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes stirring on occasion to ensure the chicken is evenly coated and marinated.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a medium sauté pan over a medium flame.
  4. 4. Add chicken sparing as much glaze as possible.
  5. 5. Setting the glaze aside for later, brown and cook chicken throw.
  6. 6. Once chicken is brown add glaze and orange juice to sauté pan coating chicken once again. Be sure to raise the temperature on the glaze high enough to prevent salmonella.
  7. 7. Top with your toasted sesame seeds
