Andrea's Glazed Turkey Meatloaf

"This is a mix between my mom's ground beef meatloaf and my own turkey meatloaf. My son's love mustard so I added that to the glaze, my eldest son cannot eat onions, hence the dried variety, and everyone loves cheese in my home so that is our addition also. I leave out the egg in my turkey meatloaf because it can make it too soggy."

  1. Preheat oven to 375. While preheating oven, mix all of the meatloaf ingredients together and shape into a loaf using a 13X9 pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
  2. While baking, combine all of the glaze ingredients together. After 45 minutes, spread glaze over meatloaf and continue to bake for 15 more minutes, or until juices run clear.
  3. Serve with hot buttered rice and steamed veggies.


This is one of my families meals. I love to make it because it is quick to prepare and smells delicious while cooking.
