"This is my own version of the original recipe for Swiss Muesli. Since I don't like dried fruit, I only add fresh fruit in it. Either a sliced banana or chopped apples, but if you prefer dried fruits I suggest raisins and dried chopped apricots."
In a bowl, pour boiling water over rolled oats. Let stand until water is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve chilled.
