  1. Grease 13x9 pan
  2. Slice 1/2 - 3/4 of the loaf into 1 inch slices (about 6-8 slices), lay in greased pan.
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle evenly over bread.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over bread.
  5. Cube cream cheese and distribute evenly over bread.
  6. Tear up remaining loaf and spread on top of cream cheese. Press down slightly to compact the dish.
  7. Whisk together milk, half and half, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour over the bread. (can sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired)
  8. Cover with cling wrap and place in refrigerator for 4 hours, up to over night.
  9. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40-45 mins.
