  1. Place all ingredients in to bread machine and choose dough cycle.
  2. When dough is finished, place on lightly oiled table and knead for a few minutes.
  3. Place dough in a Wilton long loaf pan (16x4) or 2 8x4 loaf pans, to rise for about an hour. Dough should reach the top of pan before baking.
  4. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until an insta-read thermometer reaches 200 - 210 degrees.
  5. When bread is finished, brush top of loaf with melted butter. Cool 10 minutes in the pan then invert onto rack to cool completely.
  6. Cool completely before slicing. Store in airtight bags. Freezes well!
