  1. Cook noodles according to directions, drain.
  2. Mix cooked noodles, salmon, carrots, green onion, onion and bell pepper in large bowl.
  3. Melt butter. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Add milk and heat for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and cayenne.
  4. Pour sauce over ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
  6. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
