  1. Let 2 sticks butter soften at room temperature for several hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
  3. Coat cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  4. Mix butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract with whisk until smooth.
  5. Gradually add flour, stirring after every 1/2 cup.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon small amounts (about the size of a large gumball) onto greased cookie sheet.
  8. Cook at 360 degrees for 13 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned and centers are still slightly doughy.
