2. Peel off the outer paper layers of the garlic head, leaving the head intact. Cut off and discard the top 1/4 of the head. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
3. Squeeze the garlic out of the papers, and add the garlic and all the other ingredients to a food processor or blender.
4. Pulse/blend until smooth.
5. Serve - garnish with a sprinkle of cumin on top, if desired.
