  • Cook

  1. Wash and cut off tomato tops. Core out the inside of tomatoes and set aside.
  2. Cut the green olives with stuffed pimento into rings for garnish. Take the unused ends of the green olives and finely chopped to add with other ingredients.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into tomatos.
  4. Garnish top with sliced green olives and green onion spears.
