  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In med. bowl: whisk together beer, brown sugar and mustard. Place ham, flesh side up, into large roasting pan. Pour beer mixture over top.
  3. Bake, uncovered, for 15 mins. Baste 4 or 5 times.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  5. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hrs, basting frequently.
  6. Remove cover and bake another 15 mins., continuing to baste. Take roaster from oven and let ham sit for 10-15 mins before carving.
