  1. crush graham crackers and mix in with 4 tbsp butter place in springform pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes, let cool. In Large mixing bowl mix softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and flour. In small sauce pan over low heat melt butterscotch chip stirring in 8 oz whipped cream until melted mix is creamy, add directly to cheesecake batter and mix. pour cheesecake batter into springform over crust and bake at 350 for 45 - 55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. let cool on wire rack 1 hour, refrigerate 4 hours or more. Serve cold top with whipped cream.
