Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a large casserole dish. Cook pasta. Mix with cream of mushroom soup, cheese, and pimentos. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers. Bake covered 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crackers are lightly browned.
