  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixer or food processor, cream the butter, sugar and egg together until a creamy consistancy.
  3. In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
  4. Alternating with the flour mixture and the yogurt, add to the creamed mixture
  5. Fold in dates
  6. Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with muffin cups and fill each 2/3 full
  7. Bake for approximately 20 minutes
