  1. On a board, mix the flour with the salt
  2. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients
  3. Add just enough water to allow the dough to come together. Do NOT over mix.
  4. Form the dough into a flattened disk. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate to rest gluten and chill butter.
