  1. Mix all ingredients, except tortillas and ham.
  2. Take a tortilla, place a slice of ham closer to the edge you will start rolling.
  3. Add cheese mixture and spread on top of ham until it is completely covered leaving the far end of the tortilla clear of mixture.
  4. Roll. The mixture should spread across the tortilla as you roll.
  5. Set aside and complete rolling.
  6. Let stand in fridge for 1-2 hours then slice into 1-1.5" rounds.
  7. Arrange on serving tray or airtight container. Serve immediately or next day.
