  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir yogurt and hot sauce with softened cream cheese until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise and blue cheese, then shredded chicken and celery.
  4. Spread in a 9x13 baking dish and top with cheddar.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, until browned and blubbly. Serve hot with (baked) chips.
