Brown ground turkey in a large pot, remove from heat and set aside.
Chop onions and saute in olive oil until nearly translucent. Then cut carrots into 1/4 inch rounds, chop celery and add into onions. Sauté for 8 minutes or until al dente.
Add 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, corn, cumin, chlli powder oregano and taco seasoning, garlic and meat and cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat for another 2 minutes
Add canned chopped tomato with all its liquid, kidney beans, 1 small green chili chopped in half, chopped olives, broth and one cup of water. Season to taste with pepper, lime juice and salt/Bragg liquid.
Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove chili halves. Garnish each serving with optional fresh chopped cilantro, avocado slices,handful of tortilla chips, lime wedge, grated cheese or a dollop of greek yogurt.
