  1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain.
  2. Fry bacon until crisp. Set aside.
  3. Chop bacon and and green onion.
  4. Saute onion and garlic in bacon grease until translucent.
  5. Add flour and saute until golden brown.
  6. Add milk, creamed corn and cut corn.
  7. Add boiled potatoes and butter.
  8. Simmer until thickens to desired consistency.
  9. Add Cayenne Pepper to desired heat level. If you like it hot add more...if you don't add less. Start small..taste...re-season.
  10. Salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Garnish with bacon and onion.
