In a lage pan over medium heat brown the bacon and remove to a paper towel. Drain about 1/2 the grease from the pan. Add olive oil to bacon grease so both combined cover the bottom of the pan. Add garlic and onion and saute till soft. Add shrimp and cook till white. Add seasoning and pepper. Add tomatos and cook until liquid is reduced by 1/2. Stir in bacon. Move shrimp mix to the outside of the pan and add spinach to the center and cover. Cook till spinach is wilted. Stir togeather and serve over fettuccine or spaghetti.
