  1. Dice the bacon and fry with the onion in a large skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain off fat. Add beef and cook until browned and no longer pink. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30-45 minutes.
