First prepare your dippers by cubing the bread and chopping any vegetables or fruits you like.
Next, toss the cubed cheeses in a bowl with the cornstarch. Put the lemon juice, 1/2 Cup of broth, garlic, pepper and basil in a saucepan and bring to a low boil over medium heat. Carefully add a handful of cheese cubes at a time to the saucepan. Wait for all the cheese to melt before adding more. Add additional broth or water intermittenly to thin the fondue if needed. Once all the cheese has been added to the saucepan and is melted, stir in the olives and green onions. Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot over a flame and enjoy!
