  1. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Lay slices of french bread in the casserole dish. In a mixing bowl add 8 eggs and 2 cups of milk, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients until eggs and milk are incorporated. Pour egg, milk mixture over the slices of french bread. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until brown and done through.
