  1. Whisk egg & oil together then add the milk and whisk to combine.
  2. Whisk flour, flax seed, baking soda, & sugar together.
  3. Add the milk mixture to the flour and mix to combine. You can adjust the thickness of the batter by adding more milk if you like a thin pancake.
  4. Pre heat your skillet or griddle with a little veggie oil and you are ready to go. I use an ice cream scoop so my cakes are even in size. Drop a few of your favorite berries onto the top of cooking batter and flip when ready.
