Put the chicken broth in a medium sized pot and cook over medium heat. Slice the celery and carrots lengthwise, and the thinly chop them. Thinly slice the onion. Mince the garlic. Put all the vegetables in the broth. Add the parsley and the salt and pepper. Cube the chicken into bite size pieces and add it to the pot. Cover and slowly boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the condensed soups and stir well. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl combine the bisquick and milk and mix until blended. liberally Sprinkle flour over a cutting board. Roll the bisquick dough out into a thin square. Cut the dough into 2" x 2" squares. Gently lay the dough squares end to end on the top of the chicken filling. Try not to submerge them.
Cover the pot and slowly boil for 10 minutes. Uncover and slowly boil another 10 minutes.
