  1. brown meat add salt peper and garlic .drain and let cool mix in remaning ingredence and set a side
  2. divide in 4 even containers and freese the night before you want to cook just remove from freeser and refridgerate i then cook 4 noodles and when its done i lay it out on counter cut in half divide mixture on to 8 pieces roll up place in a shallow roasting dish smother with prago spagettie sauce
  3. sprinkel with parsman cheese bake in a 400 oven for 30 minutes covered then uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes more till brown on top
