"I take this to almost every family gathering - everyone loves the combination of cheeses and beef! If you like it spicy, just use hot taco sauce, or add a drop or two of hot sauce to meat mixture."

  1. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix meat with taco seasoning and taco sauce. Spread in bottom of 9x12 dish. Melt cream cheese in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. (You can also do this in your microwave on 50% power for 60 seconds. Stir cream cheese and repeat at 15 second intervals if needed.) Spread melted cream cheese over meat mixture. Sprinkle cheddar over cream cheese. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
