  1. Place broccoli, onion, sweet red pepper and cheese in a greased pie or quiche pan. In a blender, mix together milk, biscuit mix, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour over everything in the pie plate. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Allow to set for five minutes before serving,

We love this as an easy, light supper.

Very good and easy to make. I used lactose free Swiss cheese and lactose free milk. Thank you Elle-NOT! for this recipe, it is a keeper.
