  1. heat oil.
  2. while oil is heating up salt and pepper pork chops.
  3. then dredge them in egg and cover with cracker crumbs.
  4. place one at a time in hot oil and cook both sides until golden brown. drain on paper towel. then place on buns and add desired condiments.
