"My father used to make this every years for Christmas dinner. We would use it as an appetizer in a cocktail glass with large shrimp hanging off the rim and Ritz crackers around the base for dipping. If you like seafood, this is the cocktail for you."

  1. Mix all ingredients together except Tabasco sauce and large prawns. After everthing is mixed up, taste a sample for flavour. Add Tabasco sauce drop by drop to add a little more flavour to your taste.
  2. Put in refigerator overnight to allow flavours to blend. when ready to serve, pour into cocktail glasses and hang 4 prawns on the rims of each glass.
  3. Serve cocktails cold.
