Corn and Chicken Soup in the Crockpot

  1. Put soup, broth, corn, chicken, celery, onion, green onions, carrots, garlic, thyme, salt & pepper into the crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for about 7 hours.
  3. Break apart the chicken and add the milk, potato flakes and parsley. Cook another 30 minutes.
  4. Adjust seasonings and serve.

Great recipe. Firt time I mad it it as a bit thick so I added an extra can of Chicken Broth this time. And 2 small cans of sliced mushrooms. I used shredded carrots to save time.
