  1. Wisk honey, yellow mustard, chicken broth, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. Add chicken, chopped onion and diced potatoes to bowl and stir until well coated.
  3. Let mixture marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken and place on bottom of lightly greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish.
  5. Cover cicken with potatoes.
  6. Pour remaining liquid over potatoes.
  7. Bake at 400ºF for 50 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and finished.
