  1. Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops, rubbing seasonings into chops. Spread mustard on each side.
  2. Coat chops in flour. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Brown chops in butter. Drain.
  3. Mix soup, milk, and mushrooms. Pour over chops. Simmer, covered, for 30 mins. Sprinkle with cheese. Simmer until cheese melts.
