  1. Press Hash browns into bottom and sides of 10 in skillet.
  2. Pour melted butter over hash browns.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
  4. Combine ham, cheese, peppers, and onions in small mixing bowl.
  5. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in another small mixing bowl.
  6. Pull Hash brown crust out of oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees.
  7. Pour ham, cheese pepper, and onion mixture over crust.
  8. Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese mixture.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let stand for 10 minutes and then serve.

it was so good. a little salty since i used bacon but other then that it was just what i needed to hit the spot
