"Absolutely addicting!! Found this recipe on another site and love it. The recipe is for 12 large biscotti, I recommend doubling or tripling the recipe. You'll want to share the love!! FYI: Hershey's makes the cinnamon chips so look for the dark bag in the baking section."

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Combine butter, sugars and espresso or coffee granules in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add vanilla and mix briefly.
  5. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon together. Add to creamed mixture until well blended.
  6. Fold in pecans, miniature chocolate chips and cinnamon chips.
  7. Dough will be sticky, form 2-3 ropes about 1 1/4" wide.
  8. Place on a greased cookie (2 per sheet)
  9. Bake 25 minutes (loaves will expand at least double in size during baking)
  10. Remove from oven and cool (5 minutes)
  11. Use a serrated knife to cut loaves diagonally into 1/2-inch slices.
  12. Place slices on its side and return to oven and bake for 8 minutes
  13. Turn slices to the other side and bake 8 minutes more.
  14. Remove from oven and cool completely.
  15. Store in an airtight container.
