  1. 1) wash your chicken well, pat it dry and place it in a tray
  2. 2) take the butter or margarine and rub it all over the chicken top and bottom.
  3. 3) salt and pepper the chicken evenly
  4. 4) then pour the pinapple and orange juice in the tray not directly on the chicken.
  5. 5) place the chicken in the oven at 350 uncovered for 1 1/2 hrs.
  6. 6) the trick to keeping it moist is bastining it every 5-10 minutes with the juices. you will know its done when its a perfect golden brown. Enjoy!
