  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour two 4x8 inch loaf pans or one 10 inch bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, sugar, eggs, cream cheese, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until ingredients are blended. Then beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  3. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow cake to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn cake out onto wire rack to cool completely.
  4. Ice the top of the cake with vanilla frosting, then arrange sliced strawberries on top of the frosting.
