  1. Pre-heat oven to 300 F
  2. lightly beat the bananas with sugar,Add the eggs one by one,Add oil and beat until well blended, about 1-2 minutes minutes, Add flour with baking powder and 3 tablespoons buttermilk. Mix well.
  3. Pour into the tray of cupcakes, and bake previously preheated to 300 F. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted is clean.
